You will assist with technical support in client interactions, manage warranty documentation, and contribute to internal training efforts. Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on technical roofing systems across various sites
• Provide client training on correct product use
• Conduct detailed evaluations of roofing installations
• Manage reports and site visit documentation
• Troubleshoot application issues as they arise
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of roofing installation experience
• Clean driving abstract and valid license required
• Advanced English proficiency
• Familiarity with commercial insulation systems
• Competence in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
