You will conduct troubleshooting, alongside preventative and corrective maintenance tasks, to boost client satisfaction through quality service. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment

• Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC and electrical systems

• Manage work orders in maintenance management systems

• Assist with facility-related project implementation

Requirements:

• High school diploma with trade certification

• Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems

• Effective communication and mentoring skills

• Valid driver's license and ability to work shifts
