Position: Northview Maintenance Technician Role
Support the Northview Residential team as a Maintenance Technician located in Grande Prairie, AB.

Your role plays a vital part in managing maintenance tasks for resident comfort and safety.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor, undertaking numerous repair responsibilities. This includes drywall repairs, minor plumbing and electrical fixes, and assisting with suite renovations to elevate living standards. Your ability to respond effectively to work orders and emergencies promotes a safe environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow safety protocols diligently in all tasks

• Carry out minor electrical and plumbing repairs routinely

• Conduct inspections and help with seasonal snow removal

• Manage tools effectively and maintain equipment

• Respond to service calls from residents promptly

Requirements:

• Previous experience in building maintenance is valuable

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with ease

• Driver's license and an annual driving abstract required

• Clear criminal background check necessary

• Must be available for on-call rotation when needed
