Position: Lead Hand for OZZ High-Rise Projects
Become a Lead Hand with OZZ Electric BC, overseeing high-rise electrical installations. This role prioritizes mentorship and safety in all aspects of the project.

OZZ Electric BC is in search of Lead Hands for high-rise projects on Vancouver Island. You'll guide apprentices while ensuring compliance with the Canadian Electrical Code in a safe working environment. Responsibilities also include managing safety documentation, ensuring all practices align with our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install electrical systems according to blueprints and safety standards

• Monitor and evaluate equipment safety

• Guide apprentices and uphold quality workmanship

• Create and maintain essential safety documentation

• Tackle safety issues through toolbox discussions

Requirements:

• Must hold a Journeyperson Electrician ticket (Red Seal)

• Experience in high-rise or commercial projects

• Proficient knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code

• Strong communication and computer abilities

• Field Safety Representative ticket is beneficial
