In this role, you will report to the Lead Rigger or Rigging Coordinator, performing vital tasks to ensure successful event setups. Your responsibilities include managing rigging tools, providing ground rigging support, and establishing secure hang-points. Maintaining safety rigorously aligns with Encore's operational guidelines and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and prepare tools for rigging activities
• Confirm carpet protection in line with regulations
• Offer ground support throughout the setup process
• Establish secure connections to hang-points and inspect gear
• Ensure safety standards for all rigging operations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 500 hours of rigging experience on-site
• Qualified-Basic Rigging certification necessary
• Lift Certification with operational experience essential
• Familiarity with ground rigging and heights is needed
