Position: OAK + FORT Mid-Level Technical Developer
Join OAK + FORT as a Mid-Level Technical Developer focusing on bottoms production. Your expertise in tailored constructions will play a crucial role in achieving design excellence and fit standards.
In this critical position, you will partner with the Design and Production teams to ensure that all bottoms conform to OAK + FORT's style and functional requirements. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in technical development or pattern making, managing product specifications and guiding the entire approval process from prototype to final production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create fit specifications for seasonal bottoms collections

• Collaborate with factories on new styles

• Evaluate samples for quality assurance

• Train and mentor less experienced team members

• Ensure production timelines while maintaining fit standards
Requirements:

• 3+ years in Technical Development with a focus on bottoms

• Experience in tailored constructions; denim is a plus

• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Illustrator

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to communicate across multiple teams
