Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Apprentice

As an apprentice, you will report to the Base Engineer, directly assisting licensed AMEs in line and heavy maintenance tasks. This role will provide you a unique opportunity to work at various bases across Manitoba and Nunavut, enhancing your skills in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include handling daily flight snags, maintaining hangar equipment, and participating in safety management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintenance and inspections on aircraft

• Interpret technical drawings for repairs

• Assist with daily flight snag resolution

• Maintain hangar and equipment upkeep

• Carry out de-icing and servicing duties

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent

• Certified approved training with valid TCCA approval

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

• Must obtain Enhanced Security Clearance
