As a Shop Foreman, you'll oversee operations within the Service Department, maintaining high service standards. This position involves coaching technicians, managing job assignments, and enhancing customer relations. You'll also fill in for the Service Manager as needed while promoting continuous learning and development within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute job tasks according to technician skill sets

• Review and validate the accuracy of repair orders

• Provide support and act as a contact for technicians
