Special Projects Labourer

Become an essential part of Broadstreet Properties as a Special Projects Labourer in Winnipeg, MB. Drive renovations, repairs, and improvements in multi-family residential buildings each day.

This full-time role focuses on hands-on labour alongside a dedicated team. You’ll be repairing structures, operating tools, and ensuring cleanliness at construction sites. Landscape duties will also feature prominently from July to October, making this a varied and rewarding position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload construction materials and equipment

• Move tools and supplies to work areas as needed

• Operate hand and power tools efficiently

• Perform concrete, framing, and insulation repairs

• Ensure safe cleanup of debris and work sites

Requirements:

• Two years of relevant labour experience

• Skills in carpentry and painting

• Experience in concrete and asphalt repairs

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
