In this role, you will expertly navigate multiple heavy machines, demonstrating technical proficiency in GPS and blueprint reading. Collaboratively, you will also handle manual labor when necessary, ensuring job sites function smoothly. Your ability to solve mechanical issues will play a crucial role in minimizing downtime and keeping our standards high.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run various heavy machinery including Dozers and Excavators

• Apply GPS technology for precise machine control

• Load and transport equipment for Class 1 applicants

• Maintain equipment integrity through daily greasing and cleaning

• Address minor mechanical issues quickly to avoid delays

Requirements:

• Proven background in commercial excavation

• Familiarity with GPS and ability to interpret elevation plans

• Strong mechanical skills and team-oriented mindset

• Availability for on-call winter operations

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Reliable vehicle for job site access
