Machining and Fixture Specialist Position

We are seeking a motivated Machining and Fixture Specialist with a passion for high-quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate has at least two years of related experience in machining or fabrication. Proficiency in welding and blueprint interpretation is essential, along with a keen eye for detail in all projects undertaken.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and repair jigs, fixtures, and molds

• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding operations

• Read and interpret technical blueprints accurately

• Utilize measuring instruments and basic shop math effectively

• Maintain quality and safety standards in all tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of machining or fabrication experience

• Certification in Tool & Die or Welding/Machining preferred

• Experience with tubular welded construction jigs is an asset

• Strong skills in blueprint reading and mathematics

• Basic knowledge of metals and fabrication techniques
