Enhance your mining career by becoming a Remote Scoop Operator with Technica Mining in Ontario. We're excited to fill multiple open positions focused on operating LHD equipment and mucking operations.
Technica Mining is actively seeking skilled Remote Scoop Operators to ensure safe underground operations. Your expertise will be essential in mucking ore, loading trucks, and contributing to various underground services. This role requires a commitment to safety and efficiency while collaborating within a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate LHD equipment following safety protocols
• Set up and install remote mucking systems
• Muck underground material and load haulage trucks
• Assist with operating and maintaining ore chutes
• Support underground construction equipment operations
Requirements:
• Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core certification
• LHD with Remote Control specialty module
• Five years of underground development experience
• Experience with jackleg or stoper is an asset
• Open to working at any Technica mine site
