Key Responsibilities:

• Follow safety regulations and operate tools safely

• Perform minor A/C, plumbing, and electrical repairs

• Complete general building maintenance and upkeep

• Maintain work areas and assist with new staff training

• Communicate clearly with tenants and contractors

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Basic smartphone and computer skills

• Clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 kg
