Service Technician

The Role

As a Service Technician, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating automated pedestrian doors at customer locations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Perform planned maintenance, break‑fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro‑mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
• Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low‑voltage wiring.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, end‑users, and contractors.
• Participate in training programs and maintain AAADM certification.
• Operate power tools and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 100lb, climbing ladders, and kneeling.
• Participate in on‑call rotations after certification and training.

• Mechanical aptitude with experience repairing electro‑mechanical devices.
• Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low‑voltage (120V) wiring; access control systems a plus.
• Experience with glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.
