FLOFORM Countertops, a leader in premium surface countertops, is seeking a motivated Full Time Install Assistant. While prior experience isn't necessary, a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and effective communication are essential. You will assist installers, troubleshoot technical problems, and manage customer inquiries at various job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in complete installation of counter top orders

• Remove existing countertops and plumbing, if necessary

• Respond to customer inquiries on job sites

• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues

• Maintain company vehicle standards and run errands as needed

Requirements:

• No experience required; training provided

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal record check

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Capable of lifting 100–200 lbs (with assistance)

• Local and occasional out-of-town travel availability
