Lead Concrete Finisher

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Concrete Finisher and ICF Form Worker to become a valuable member of our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in concrete finishing and installation, along with proficiency in using various hand tools and equipment. This position demands physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and the ability to interpret blueprints and plans for effective project execution.

The Concrete Finisher will be instrumental in achieving high-quality finishes on concrete surfaces, thereby contributing to the overall success of our construction projects.

Duties

• Perform concrete finishing tasks including smoothing, shaping, and restoring surfaces to meet project specifications.
• Install concrete forms and frameworks accurately as per design requirements.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for tasks such as caulking and flooring installation.
• Conduct heavy lifting and maneuvering of materials as needed on-site.
• Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of concrete work with other construction elements.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project layouts and requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Experience

• Proven experience in concrete finishing, installation, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safety practices in construction environments.
• Experience using hand tools and equipment specific to concrete work.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
