Position: Experienced HVAC Technician Required

This role involves direct reporting to the Service Supervisor, where you’ll perform maintenance on various HVAC equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency. Your 5-7 years of experience will be crucial in troubleshooting issues and implementing repairs on rooftop units and refrigeration systems. Strong communication skills will enhance customer interaction and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure HVAC equipment is safe and operational

• Regularly inspect and monitor HVAC systems

• Troubleshoot and program HVAC controls effectively

• Maintain accurate documentation related to services

• Handle on-site environmental comfort complaints

Requirements:

• Completion of recognized HVAC certificate and gas ticket

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience

• Proficient in building mechanical systems

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Capability to operate at height and lift heavy equipment
