Experienced Finish Grade Dozer Operator

Join ACSI's civil construction team as an experienced Finish Grade Dozer Operator. This role focuses on precise grading and earthmoving while upholding high safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will operate dozers effectively, performing both rough and finish grading. You'll collaborate closely with surveyors and foremen, interpreting plans and grade stakes to meet design specifications. Daily inspections and equipment maintenance will ensure functionality and safety on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dozers for accurate rough and finish grading

• Read grade stakes and interpretation of site layouts

• Collaborate with team to meet project design needs

• Perform daily safety inspections and maintenance checks

• Communicate effectively using radios and hand signals

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience operating dozers required

• Strong understanding of grading and elevations

• Knowledge of civil or utility projects is an asset

• Safety tickets are preferred but not mandatory

• Ability to work in all weather and lift up to 25 kg
