As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will manage essential tasks related to the arborary industry.
Your role covers landscape maintenance, stump grinding, and operating skid-steers. You'll conduct thorough equipment inspections and adjust operations based on project conditions to maintain safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain heavy-duty arboricultural equipment
• Conduct daily inspections before machinery use
• Adapt equipment settings to job conditions
• Maintain site safety by organizing materials and equipment
• Report job progress and document equipment status
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class 1 license with air brakes
• Experience with heavy equipment like grapple trucks
• Ability to work long hours and on-call during emergencies
• Willingness to obtain First-Aid and CPR certificates
