Ansept Construction is seeking an experienced Journeyman Carpenter to uphold quality across diverse residential, commercial, and multifamily projects. As the senior trade professional, you will guide foremen and apprentices while executing complex carpentry tasks. Your hands-on expertise will be crucial in maintaining craftsmanship and developing team capabilities, contributing to the overall project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-site technical authority for carpentry scopes

• Execute complex installations for trim and flooring transitions

• Mentor and develop crew members through hands-on instruction

• Proactively review project drawings to identify conflicts

• Collaborate with the Site Superintendent on project planning

Requirements:

• Journeyman Carpenter certification (Red Seal preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience across various scopes

• 2 years of experience supervising or mentoring tradespeople

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Physical ability to perform demanding construction work
