Position: Field Shop Technician for Heavy Equipment
Elevate your technical expertise as a Field Shop Technician focusing on heavy equipment servicing. Join Wajax to provide diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance both on-site and in the shop.

Wajax is seeking a skilled technician with 2-3 years of experience and a Trade certification, Journeyman Red Seal, or related Apprenticeship. You will utilize your mechanical aptitude to diagnose and repair engines and equipment while ensuring a strong relationship with customers. This role entails communicating service needs, maintaining records, and participating in training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and diagnose equipment for servicing needs

• Service and repair equipment in the shop and on-site

• Communicate with customers for authorization of repairs

• Maintain service records and complete paperwork

• Participate in Health & Safety training

Requirements:

• Trade certification or registered in an Apprenticeship program

• 2-3 years relevant work experience

• Exceptional mechanical and problem-solving skills

• CVIP License and Class 3 Driver's license preferred

• Proven customer service experience
