Hospitality AV Equipment Technician

As a vital member of the operations team, you will oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of AV systems for various events. You will directly interact with clients to assess needs, providing real-time solutions and maintaining equipment. The ability to troubleshoot quickly and adhere to safety regulations is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute accurate AV equipment setup for events

• Meet with clients to discuss technical needs

• Monitor ongoing events and check equipment status

• Maintain positive client relationships and service standards

• Complete necessary paperwork related to equipment usage

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required;
Associate degree preferred

• 1 year of related customer service experience

• Minimum 1 year of audiovisual experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs

• Must achieve Technical Level 3 Certification within 180 days
