In this position, you will report to the site supervisor while learning from experienced journey persons. The role involves placing and finishing concrete, leveling surfaces, and applying various concrete finishes. Safety and teamwork are crucial, as you navigate fast-paced industrial settings while developing your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place and spread wet concrete into designated forms

• Level, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces appropriately

• Apply architectural finishes like stamped and broom finishes

• Repair and waterproof concrete surfaces effectively

• Collaborate with journey persons for mentorship and safety oversight

Requirements:

• In-class fall protection training is a must

• Experience in industrial concrete finishing required

• Familiarity with grout and epoxy materials needed

• Capable of operating power tools safely

• Strong adherence to industrial safety standards
