Key Responsibilities:
• Wind and install various types of coils
• Test and adjust motors and electrical devices
• Interpret technical blueprints and schematics
• Conduct balancing of armatures and other components
• Repair or replace defective parts in switch gear systems
Requirements:
• Electric Motor Systems Technician certification is a plus
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Skills in welding or component repair
• Strong ability to read and understand electrical diagrams
• Experience in instructing and guiding apprentices
