We seek a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator capable of seamlessly operating various machines. You will leverage your technical expertise in GPS and blueprint reading while also assisting with manual labor to keep projects moving efficiently. This role demands problem-solving skills to address on-site equipment issues promptly and a commitment to maintaining our equipment to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Dozers, Excavators, Skid Steers, and Loaders with precision

• Utilize GPS for accurate operations and elevation control

• Haul equipment using lowbed or end dump (for Class 1 drivers)

• Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment

• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues on-site
Requirements:

• Experience in commercial excavation or site development

• Proficient in GPS systems and site plan interpretation

• Strong mechanical aptitude and reliable for winter operations

• Clean Driver’s Abstract and valid license

• Reliable transportation to job sites
