Hotel Maintenance Technician

Position: Hotel Maintenance Technician Needed
Elevate guest comfort as a Hotel Maintenance Technician focused on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. This in-person role ensures smooth operations and effective upkeep in our facilities.

We are searching for a skilled technician to oversee maintenance at our hotel. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and leading a maintenance team.

Experience with CMMS and supervisory skills are highly encouraged for candidates with backgrounds in electrical work, welding, or mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections on hotel HVAC and plumbing systems

• Troubleshoot and promptly repair equipment issues

• Use technical manuals for accurate diagnostics and repairs

• Maintain records of all maintenance activities in CMMS

• Lead and supervise daily tasks for the maintenance team

Requirements:

• Knowledge of boiler systems and facilities maintenance

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills

• Prior supervisory experience in maintenance settings

• Familiarity with CMMS software usage

• Ability to perform welding repairs when necessary
