Body Repair Technician (Red Seal)
Reporting Relationship:
This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Job Summary
The Body Repair Technician is responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their pre‑accident condition. This role involves assessing vehicle damage, repairing or replacing damaged body panels, straightening frames, performing metalwork, preparing surfaces for painting, and ensuring all repairs meet safety and quality standards. The technician uses specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently while following manufacturer specifications and workplace safety procedures.
The position collaborates with estimators, painters, and other automotive professionals to deliver high‑quality repairs and ensure customer satisfaction. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and knowledge of automotive repair techniques are essential for success.

Qualifications
Licensed Red Seal Certified Body Technician is preferred
Technician Level 4 are welcome to apply

Comfortable leveraging technology for most day‑to‑day functions
Ability to remain to teach and coach in a fast‑paced environment
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and transportation to work are required
