Position Description

We currently have an exciting role for a Journeyman, Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic to service our fleet of commercial vehicles in Kelowna. This position is Monday - Friday.

• Perform service and repairs of all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform services and repairs on out-of-service trucks.
• Perform preventive maintenance services.
• Ensure service and maintenance practices meet regulatory requirements.
• Work in a safe manner in accordance with provincial regulations.
• Additional duties may be required.

• Journeyman mechanic.
• Red Seal.
• CNG inspection ticket.
• Valid Class 5 licence.
• Class 3 licence considered an asset.
• Two years maintenance experience considered an asset.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in waste equipment and function is considered an asset.
• CVIP licence or willingness to obtain.
