This full time role prioritizes safety and technical skills, working Wednesday to Saturday. We seek an experienced technician with over six years on the job for a full time position, preferably a Journeyman, to help train apprentices and enhance our maintenance team’s effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues effectively
- Train on current technologies and best practices
- Uphold cleanliness and safety in the shop
- Liaise with management regarding operational issues
- 5–7 years of heavy‑duequipment maintenance experience
- College diploma or trade certification preferred
- Extensive hours in applicable fields
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
- Commitment to teamwork and customer‑focused service
