We are seeking a skilled Welder for our Fleet Repair and Maintenance team. This full-time role involves working Monday to Friday, performing repairs and fabrication on trailers and other equipment. You will leverage your 2+ years of experience while collaborating with a cohesive team, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on fleet equipment

• Execute SMAW and GMAW welding on steel and aluminum

• Fabricate assemblies for heavy trailing equipment

• Disassemble and reassemble mechanical components as needed

• Maintain a focus on safety during all tasks

Requirements:

• Journeyman Welder preferred, apprentices considered

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Strong work ethic with excellent attendance

• Physically fit; able to lift 50 lbs

• Reliable transportation required
