Wage: $25‑$40 per hour, plus a bonus program for full‑time winter work. Duties involve operating commercial vehicles and performing manual labor in a fast‑paced snow‑removal environment.
- Operate trucks and skid steers for snow removal and other tasks
- Manual labor, including snow shovelling and equipment handling
- Must have a reliable cell phone for tracking software and on‑call communication
- Drive a truck with a trailer (asset)
- Available to work when weather permits
- Strong work ethic and dedication
Wage: $22‑$32 per hour, with a bonus program for full‑time winter work.
- Perform manual labour such as shovelling and light equipment operation
- Hand shovel for extended periods of time

- Lead and motivate crew for landscaping and construction projects
- Resolve on‑site issues and coordinate with clients and project managers
- Supervise installation of irrigation systems and other equipment
- Train new employees and enforce health and safety regulations
- 2‑3 years of experience as a landscape foreman or supervisor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Standard First Aid certification required
