In this role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of heavy‑duty equipment. You will work closely with our operations and maintenance teams to ensure our equipment is safe, reliable, and reliable in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy‑duty equipment such as drills, bulldozers, generators, and other related machinery.

Inspect, test, and repair hydraulic systems, using flow meters and schematics.

Diagnose and repair 12–24V electrical systems, including start/charging systems, heating systems, and engine electronics.

Perform engine, transmission, cooling, fuel, clutch, and exhaust system repairs.

Complete repair reports, equipment logs, and supply outage documentation.

Communicate repair needs, delays, and equipment issues promptly

Qualifications:

  • Certified in Heavy Duty Equipment Technician (421A) or Truck & Coach Technician (310T) or Automotive (310S)
  • 1-3 years' experience working with and repairing equipment, working with hydraulic systems considers an asset with a flow meter.
  • Common Core considered an asset.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and driver’s abstract.
  • Ability to pass a Drug/Alcohol Screen & Fit for Duty test.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision or as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel out of town periodically
  • Knowledge of the mining industry considered an asset

Work Schedule: Rotation

Work Location: Various contracts throughout Canada
