The City of Winkler's Utilities Department seeks a motivated individual to support operations and maintenance of water distribution and wastewater systems. This role requires the skills to inspect, report, and assist in infrastructure repair. You’ll operate essential equipment and uphold the standards of public health while contributing to community services every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain water and wastewater infrastructure and components

• Perform inspections and provide detailed reports

• Assist in infrastructure repairs and installations

• Operate light service equipment and specialized units

• Conduct routine inspections on various systems

Requirements:

• Grade XII education or equivalent

• Manitoba Water & Wastewater Operator Certifications

• Valid Class 3 or Class 5 driver’s license

• Criminal record check required

• Experience in water facilities is an asset
