Bayview Group is looking to expand its team in Winnipeg. In this full-time role, you will perform preventative maintenance, repairs on graders, loaders, and more. You will also conduct condition inspections and diagnose issues using advanced testing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on heavy construction machinery

• Repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components

• Conduct unit inspections and report findings

• Diagnose faults using specialized testing equipment

• Recommend improvement methods for repairs

Requirements:

• 2 years mechanical experience preferred

• Advanced class 5 driver's license required

• Ability to interpret technical manuals

• Experience with welding and vehicle repair tools

• Strong safety awareness and ability to work outdoors
