Experienced Fleet Mechanic

Position: Experienced Fleet Mechanic Needed
Join Emterra Group as an Experienced Fleet Mechanic and contribute to our environmental mission. Utilize your strong mechanical skills to ensure our fleet operates efficiently and safely.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing inspections, diagnosing issues, and conducting repairs on various vehicle systems. You will work autonomously while adhering to established safety procedures and Standard Repair Times, playing a vital role in our waste and recycling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete preventive maintenance and repair services

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, brake, and suspension systems

• Follow established procedures and document repairs

• Conduct safety inspections and maintain a clean work area

• Assist with project work and emergency breakdowns

Requirements:

• Two years of hands-on mechanic experience

• Red Seal certification is an asset

• Proficient with RTA or similar fleet management software

• Clean driver's license, Class 3 or higher desirable

• Fit to perform physically demanding tasks
