Take on a vital leadership role as a Lead Remediation Technician at Service Master Restore Winnipeg. Your skills will directly affect those in challenging situations, restoring properties and lives after disasters.
With a focus on emergency restoration, you will lead a team in stabilizing affected properties while employing your expertise in demolition and clean-up tasks. You’ll work hands-on with materials impacted by disasters, manage client belongings, and ensure the effective restoration of residential and commercial spaces.
Your role includes making critical decisions and being available in an on-call capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide teams in emergency situations for property stabilization
• Conduct demolition and remediation of hazardous materials
• Pack and safeguard client contents with utmost care
• Monitor and record psychrometric readings daily
• Provide on-call support for urgent restoration needs
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in restoration
• Current IICRC - WRT certification
• Valid driver’s license and basic tool ownership
• Willingness to travel as necessary
• Capacity to lift at least 50 lbs
