As a Construction/Carpenter
, you’ll be a key member of our rebuild team, bringing precision, care, and leadership to every job. You’ll work on a variety of interior and exterior projects—from drywall and trim to decks and siding—making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

- Perform finishing work including drywall, painting, trim, and cabinet repairs.
- Apply stipple and texturing as part of finishing work.
- Replace kickboards, gables, and other structural elements.
- Install doors, windows, and other fixtures.
- Complete exterior repairs including siding, roofing, stucco, soffits, fascia, decks, and fences.
- Lead small teams or work independently to complete rebuild projects.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support emergency remediation work.
- Strong finishing and carpentry skills.
- Ability to plan and execute jobs with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a criminal record check upon hire.
- Client-focused attitude and professional communication.
- Willingness to participate in the business’s on-call rotation—emergencies can happen any time of day, any day of the week.
- Remediation certifications in water, fire, or mould.
- General construction or restoration experience.
- Ownership of basic hand tools.
- Valid First Aid certification.
