We specialize in interior and exterior painting, including decks and stucco surfaces, with a focus on high‑quality, long‑lasting finishes. Role Description

The Painter role is a full‑time, on‑site position in Winnipeg, MB. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and masking areas, followed by applying paint, stains, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces. The Painter will use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, ensuring accurate color matching, smooth finishes, and adherence to safety standards.

Additional tasks may include minor drywall and stucco repair, job site setup and cleanup, and maintaining tools and equipment. The role also involves working collaboratively with the team, communicating with supervisors and clients as needed, and meeting project timelines and quality expectations.

Qualifications
  • Skills in paint application for various surfaces and environments.
  • Painting and Decorating skills to achieve clean lines, uniform coverage, and quality finishes.
  • Coatings skills, including primers, sealants, and protective finishes for interior and exterior work.
  • Spray Painting techniques, including safe and efficient use of spray equipment.
  • Experience in residential and/or commercial painting, including interior and exterior projects.
  • Ability to read and follow work orders, measure and estimate materials, and manage time effectively on job sites.
  • Strong attention to detail, awareness of safety procedures, and ability to work at heights or on ladders and scaffolding.
  • Reliable transportation to various job sites in Winnipeg, MB, and willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Prior trade experience or apprenticeship in painting is an asset; relevant certifications are considered an advantage.
