Position: Join VistaCare as a Line Technician
Vista Care is looking for a dedicated Line Technician to support telecommunications infrastructure in Winnipeg, MB. This full-time role encompasses outside plant construction and provides enriching career prospects in a growing industry.

As a Line Technician, you will work with Fibre Optics, Copper, and RF Coax, ensuring high-quality installations across Canada and the US. The job requires travel to the Atlantic provinces, with daily per diem and accommodations covered. You’ll commit to a minimum of 40 hours each week, focusing on safety and quality in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate aerial device equipment and lineman tools

• Engage in outdoor plant line construction activities

• Load/unload trailers and equipment responsibly

• Conduct testing and troubleshooting when required

• Compliance with safety policies at all times

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, Class 3 an asset

• Willingness to work overtime and emergency shifts

• 1+ years in a related telecommunications role

• Lineman training or technical certification preferred

• Capability to operate in various weather and physical conditions
