We’re looking for knowledgeable, experienced, and highly motivated individuals who have a great work ethic and enjoy working in a team-focused environment.

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of mechanical equipment issues both in-shop and at customer sites.
• Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up.
• Comprehend conveyor dynamics and material handling fundamentals.
• Perform routine maintenance work on machinery.
• Assemble machinery prior to installation.
• Start-up and testing.
• Understand and read engineered blueprints and drawings.
• Shutdown operations.
• Rigging and handling.
• Bearings, seals and packing.
• Keep work area and equipment in a safe, clean and orderly condition.
• Perform duties and operate equipment in a safe and satisfactory manner.
• Complete all jobs in a timely manner.

• Must be able to work with minimal direction.
• Willingness to travel.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime and/or irregular hours.
• Willingness and ability to work in remote locations.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience working with conveyor belts.
• Experience in bulk material handling an asset.

• Secondary School Certificate or equivalent experience.

Hourly wage: $31.25 - $32.34 /h

Number of hours per week: 40

Overtime starts after how many hours: after 8 hours a day, after 40 hours per week.
