In this role, you will partner with sales leadership to develop effective agronomic solutions tailored for farm clients. Engage in mentorship, execute market strategies, and manage supplier relationships while applying your expertise in crop science. This position demands strong collaboration with both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise in crop production and mentoring
• Manage crop input strategies through events and trials
• Build and maintain crop supplier relationships
• Identify opportunities for incremental revenue
• Optimize crop planning with sales collaboration
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in agronomy or equivalent experience
• At least four years in crop management
• Eligible for Provincial Institute of Agrologists
• Proven knowledge in soil management and plant health
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
