This role with Broadstreet Properties requires 2+ years of maintenance background and a commitment to quality service. You’ll address a variety of tasks from diagnosing heating and electrical issues to making general repairs and conducting grounds maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair plumbing and heating problems

• Handle repairs on windows, doors, and fixtures

• Execute painting, drywall work, and flooring repairs

• Maintain property grounds and building exterior

• Detect and report any faulty operations

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of related maintenance experience

• Certification or equivalent experience in trades

• Proficiency in using hand tools and repair equipment

• Basic computer skills for managing work orders

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
