WINNIPEG BUILDING & DECORATING LTD. is searching for self-motivated carpenters with strong interpersonal skills. This position requires measuring, cutting, and assembling various materials. Ideal candidates will enjoy train apprentices and ensure the quality of installations such as windows, doors, and stairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble wooden structures

• Fit and install windows, doors, and stairs

• Train and supervise apprentices effectively

• Maintain and renovate residences and commercial structures

• Work in various settings including industrial and residential

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of carpentry experience

• Carpenter trade certification required

• College or equivalent experience preferred

• Effective communication and supervision skills

• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
