We are looking for a Concrete Finisher with at least two years of experience in the paving industry. You will be responsible for the precise operation of the asphalt paver, ensuring correct asphalt thickness and smooth application. You must also maintain a strong focus on safety while operating equipment and directing dump trucks during your shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate asphalt paver safely and effectively

• Line and adjust paver for optimal application

• Inspect and maintain equipment regularly

• Assist in directing dump truck operations

• Complete other assigned tasks as directed

Requirements:

• Minimum two years as a paver operator

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

• Strong eye-hand coordination

• Physical stamina for job demands

• Professional behavior in workplace interactions
