Role and Responsibilities:
As a Handyman for Attic and Crawl Space restoration, the ideal candidate will have a broad skill set and the ability to perform various repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks with high craftsmanship and attention to detail. This role requires excellent problem‑solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs.
- Inspect and diagnose issues in residential properties and determine the best course of action.
- Complete projects in a timely and cost‑effective manner while maintaining high‑quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in skilled trades such as drywall finish, carpentry or electrical work (at least 5 years) with a strong track record of successful project management.
- Outstanding skills in drywall, framing, plumbing, painting, stucco, plaster and demolition.
- Worked in residential projects, understand the white glove service standard.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers.
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record within 7 years.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.

Pre‑Employment Requirements:- All employees must successfully pass a background check, reference check, and drug test.
Job Type: Full‑time, not remote.
Work hours:
Monday to Friday (starting 6:30 am).
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 (Salary).
Pay Structure:
Bi‑weekly paydays with direct deposit.
