In your role as a Field Technician, you will manage the maintenance and repair of diverse heavy machinery while leveraging real-time data to diagnose issues efficiently. You’ll be a vital part of a dedicated team passionate about transforming the construction industry. Given the importance of safety, you’ll also follow OSHA requirements and best practices during repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

• Document work performed accurately through electronic records

• Travel to customer job sites for repairs as required

• Train lower-level technicians and report work progress

• Assist with equipment and parts delivery initiatives

Requirements:

• Ownership of necessary tools for the job

• Extensive knowledge and experience in heavy machinery

• Valid driver's license and good driving record

• High School diploma or equivalent;
Trade school preferred

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
