Experienced Concrete Finisher at ACSI

Bring your expertise to ACSI as an Experienced Concrete Finisher. This role is essential for delivering high-quality concrete finishes on a variety of projects.

ACSI seeks experienced Concrete Finishers to contribute to our ongoing projects. In this role, you will level, smooth, and repair concrete surfaces while mentoring Apprentices in safe practices. Expected candidates must be proficient in concrete application techniques and tools used in the trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place and spread concrete accurately to specified elevations

• Smooth surfaces and create joints to prevent cracking

• Apply architectural finishes, including stamped and broom finishes

• Conduct repairs and restoration of existing concrete

• Mentor and oversee apprentices on the job site

Requirements:

• Proven experience in industrial concrete finishing

• Knowledge of curing processes and material applications

• Ability to operate necessary power tools

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

• Capability to lift 25kg and work in various conditions
