Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 22 CAD Hourly CAD 22.00 HOUR

Staffmax is working with our client to secure an experienced concrete worker. Must have a car and valid drivers licence.
Starting wage is $22.00/hour this is a Temp to perm position.
If you are reliable, hard working and available for Overtime.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Labourer to support our team in technical concrete demolition.

This role offers hands-on training with specialized diamond tools and the opportunity to advance into a Technical Operator position.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist technicians with various concrete demolition tasks

Operate and maintain tools and equipment under supervision

Follow safety procedures and site protocols

Support team members to ensure efficient project completion

Training & Growth Opportunities:

Receive hands-on training with specialized diamond cutting tools

Opportunity for advancement into a Technical Operator role

Requirements:

Physically fit and able to lift/carry heavy materials

Dependable and punctual

Willingness to learn and take direction

Strong ability to work in a team environment
