Your responsibilities will include leading teams and ensuring high-quality workmanship, while mentoring junior carpenters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead framing, formwork, and finishing carpentry tasks

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

• Ensure work meets building codes and safety standards

• Supervise and mentor Level 1/2 carpenters and apprentices

• Coordinate with trades and site supervisors for project timelines

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of carpentry experience in construction

• Proficient in framing, finishing, and layout work

• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations

• Ability to work independently and manage small teams

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
