Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Join RAC Services as an experienced Service Technician focused on HVAC and commercial refrigeration in Winnipeg, MB. This full-time role involves diagnostics, repairs, and client collaboration.

We're seeking a Level 3 to Journeyman Service Technician to support our growth at RAC Services, part of the Arcticom Group. Candidates will maintain, diagnose, and repair refrigeration systems while performing minor plumbing repairs. Strong communication, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair various refrigeration systems

• Perform minor plumbing repairs on refrigeration equipment

• Inspect plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems

• Execute preventative maintenance and repairs for HVAC

• Document customer calls and complete necessary paperwork

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of supermarket experience preferred

• Knowledge in Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC

• Valid driver’s license for work vehicle use

• Safety certifications such as Fall Protection preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills
